Planning The Perfect Rehearsal Dinner ...
Who, What, Where, When. All of these topics come into play when planning a perfect rehearsal dinner.
The traditional rehearsal dinner... provides the bride and grooms families the opportunity to get acquainted, relax and celebrate together before the big day.
Your rehearsal dinner will include... all members of the wedding party and their spouses or guests. In other words this is an occasion you will prefer to keep as intimate as possible.

When should I have the dinner?
You may choose to have your dinner whenever it's convenient for everyone but most couples usually plan for after the wedding rehearsal as all the players would be in attendance. "Well in a perfect world"
Who pays for this part of the wedding?
Traditionally the Grooms parents would pay for the rehearsal dinner. However, in today's economy, the couple or both sets of parents might offer to pay or share the cost.
Where to host the dinner?
The most important thing is to set the mood and to remember to make your guests relaxed, comfortable and having a good time, so keep it simple! The Grooms Father especially if he is the host, can welcome everyone with a toast and the Bestman and others can follow with well wishes. Later you must rise and thank everyone who has toasted both of you, and this would be a great time to distribute the thank-you gifts to the wedding party.
The rehearsal dinner is also the perfect time to share videos of the Bride and Grooms-past, present and how they met.
